You might say David Beauciel was destined to be a shoe designer. He was raised in Romans-sur-Isère in Southern France, a small town historically known for its leather factories and ancient tanning houses. Eventually training under Maison Martin Margiela, Chloé, Givenchy, and Isabel Marant, Beauciel launched his namesake line in 2016. Collections focus on elegant, feminine styling and novel takes on classic shapes.
