INSPIRATION STATEMENT
August : The Bittersweet Month.
Oh August, while we love the hot sunny days and action packed schedules you present us, we also notice the days are getting slightly shorter, the mornings a little cooler, vacations wrapping up, garden work becomes garden clean-up, and teachers are getting their classrooms ready for students to return.
It’s time to squeeze every activity out of these last days of summer's final calling. Cities and towns, big and small, are bursting with summertime celebrations and entertainment. Fairs, parades, sporting events, concerts, parties and weddings. To be clear, more stuff to do than one will ever have time to take part in. All in service to celebrate Mother Nature's Last Call for our favorite season.
So grab your sunnies, some sunscreen, a Power Bar, and get your summer fill before Fall comes a' calling!
SUMMER SALE BABY
I will take a humble "curtsy “ for the incredible season we achieved this season. From Portland to Seattle, and our small Ketchum outpost, the outpouring of love and kindness for the efforts we made to present an exciting season were answered in spades!
Our Trunk Shows and events all made this the best season we have had since Pre-Pandemic Days. The season rivaled our best days in our gorgeous 3000 square foot Seattle flagship store. Our mighty little 750 sq. ft. Sun Valley Outpost showed that small and scrappy can still win the day.
But truth be told, it was our amazing customers, new and old, that proved that staying true to the magic formula that has been our legacy for 47 years can still cast its wonderful spell on all those we serve, admire and adore. We never lose sight that without YOU there is no US!
