INSPIRATION STATEMENT
It has been our most successful season to date, and we could not be more grateful and elated that everyone seemed to love the selection we put together to take on the road.

hardest times or capture the best of times.”
The couple enact their own personal alchemy through music, stories, and an intimate conversation that allowed us to bear witness to the bond that has been created in their own life, love and struggles. The couple’s connection is powerful and inspiring to watch. They weave in and out of song, story, and a magnificent response toward one another. They made us laugh, cry, learn, and fall in love with their own display of deep love. It was so inspiring, I have committed (along with a dear friend) to journaling
myself. While sadly, the tour is now finished up in the US, I highly recommend and encourage you to get or listen to The Book of Alchemy. It will prompt and motivate you to put your thoughts on paper and get creative with your ideas, your dreams, and life lessons.

Fitting for these times, Ai Weiwei uses art to speak to political oppression, human rights and corruption. His work is his voice to speak up as an activist against the harsh Chinese regime, and corrupt regimes around the world.
